I risultati finali sono arrivati dopo le tante nomination e le sorprese sono state non poche. Ad esempio la canzone dell’estate è stata vinta ‘a sorpresa’ da Demi Lovato feat Cher Lloyde con ‘Really Don’t Care’. Mentre, come era nelle previsioni, Taylor Swift è stata la vincitrice come migliore cantante country. La kermesse ha avuto come protagonista anche Ariana Grande che si è vista assegnare più riconoscimenti. Per la tv la miglior serie comedy è The Big bag theory, e Pretty Little Liars fa incetta di riconoscimenti.
